We are looking for Call Center Sales Professionals to field Inbound calls with customers regarding mobile devices and plans. Professionals with the ability to close the sale through demonstrating features and benefits of our products and services.

We are an inbound sales and customer service center - Which means that customers are contacting you for help! Doing Sales means simply answering calls and helping the customer to decide what products and services they need!

What you will be doing:

Meet and Exceed Sales expectations

Highly driven to reach the incentives through achieving sales targets

Be energized and thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, and fun environment

Care for your customers by finding out additional needs, and placing order for any desired services or products

Maintain composure in challenging situations and employ a diplomatic approach to achieve effective resolution

We will supply the computer for use while working with Qualfon

· High-speed Internet via wired ethernet connection, no WIFI, Satellite or Hot spot

· Upload speed of 5 Mbps; Download speed of 10 Mbps

· The Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss

· Latency under 100ms.

· Must have available cell phone or tablet and be able to install our required 2FA software for Multifactor authentication on that device

What skills you will need

· GED or High School Diploma required; some college preferred

· Customer Service and Sales skills

· Prior work-at-home experience desired

· Comfortable working self-managed

· Minimum one-year previous customer service/sales experience required

· Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required

· Ability to multi-task efficiently

· Computer knowledge in Windows-based application required

· Must be at least 18 years of age

· Manages emotions and maintains positive energy

· Passion for meeting or exceeding performance goals
